Centralized Mac Home Directories with ExtremeZ-IP and Centrify DirectControl

This application note describes how to configure both DirectControl and ExtremeZ IP to enable users to log in to an OS X system with their Active Directory user ID and password to gain access to their home directory stored on a Windows server. This paper will also explain how to set up a Mac to support a DFS hosted home directory, a new capability delivered by Group Logic's Extreme Z-IP which provides integration with Windows Server's Distributed File System (DFS).
